Jeff Kaplan avoids Overwatch and works on new cowboy game

Jeff Kaplan has not played or searched for Overwatch since leaving Blizzard in April 2021. In a GameSpot interview, the former game director said he actively avoids the game and its community. He tells algorithms he is no longer interested in the title to keep it out of his feed. Kaplan described his departure as a clinical separation.
