Rockstar Games says the development cost of GTA 6 was not 1.5 billion dollars but refuses to share the actual budget.
Rockstar Games told Bloomberg that reports claiming GTA 6 cost 1.5 billion dollars to develop are incorrect. The studio has not confirmed the actual budget for the November release. The game has reportedly sold over 5 million preorders, bringing in more than 500 million dollars.
