Rockstar used Miami research for GTA 6 nightclub design

Rockstar Games sent developers to Miami to research the design of nightclubs in GTA 6. Artist Aaron Garbut told Bloomberg that the team visited clubs, spoke with dancers, and went on police ridealongs. These trips informed the creation of locations in the fictional city of Leonida. The clubs feature lighting systems that sync with the music, unique drinks at the bars, and specific animations and scripts for each patron. More details are available at GameSpot.
