TL;DR
Sony reportedly forced the developer of the Overdrive storefront to shut down, but clones appeared within hours.
Overdrive was an unofficial store for jailbroken PS5 consoles that linked to over 1,600 pirated PS4 and PS5 games. The project launched on GitHub on October 9 and gained traction after modder Edigax shared it. TechSpot reports the developer shut the site down following a cease-and-desist notice from Sony.
Clones of the repository appeared shortly after the shutdown. One fork already lists more than 1,800 titles. The software requires the Relapse exploit and works on firmware 7.00 through 13.60. Sony patched the vulnerability in firmware 14.00. See TechSpot for more details.
