Squadron 42 gets Steam page and Q2 2027 release date

Cloud Imperium Games put the Steam store page live for Squadron 42. The single-player title focuses on cinematic action and narrative rather than the multiplayer mix found in Star Citizen. The developer claims the game will launch in Q2 2027. This follows previous target dates in 2015 and 2026. Players take the role of a UEE Navy recruit in a galactic war featuring space dogfights and ground-based FPS combat. The store page mentions choice-based gameplay. The page has gained 18,000 followers since it launched. Read more at TechPowerUp.
