Infinity Ward released update 1.110, also numbered 1.110.000, for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 on October 19. The single-player campaign is currently in early access, and the multiplayer mode remains offline until later in the week. Due to the structure of the Call of Duty launcher, players might also see the patch listed under Black Ops 7 and Warzone.
The update requires 700 MB of space on PS5. Infinity Ward says the patch corrects issues in the credits. Reports say this change stops players from accessing unintended areas of the map. The updated credits recognize former studio members who passed away, including franchise co-creator Vince Zampella, as reported over the weekend.
Some players report that applying the patch causes the campaign to freeze in the opening menu. Infinity Ward has not yet acknowledged the loading problem.
Background On October 16, campaign early access began for customers who pre-ordered the game. Our earlier story
