War Thunder HMS Duke of York pre-orders start for $79.99

Gaijin has started pre-orders for the HMS Duke of York, a Rank VI Great Britain premium battleship, which will arrive in the next major update. The $79.99 HMS Duke of York Pack includes the ship, 30 days of premium account time, and 3000 Golden Eagles. Pre-ordering also provides a "The King's Speech" title and a "White Rose of York" decal, with one additional bonus arriving after the next major update. Steam users can access the Gaijin Store by navigating to the in-game hangar, selecting Shop, and then Online Store.

The ship uses a 1943 configuration featuring ten 356 mm main battery guns and 30 20 mm automatic guns. Its 133 mm secondary guns use HE-VT shells. Gaijin describes the ship as having average mobility and excellent armor, specifically a 381 mm main belt, 330 mm turret barbettes, and a 152 mm armored deck. The developer says the ship is designed for a defensive role with high survivability.
