Sebastian Herrera reports that Sharma has already cut 1,868 jobs, with a total of 3,200 planned. These forthcoming layoff plans are susceptible to change. Some reports suggest the total number of layoffs may be fewer than 3,200 if leaders choose to reorganize studios rather than shut them down.
