Dispatch · official art via IGDBAdHoc says Dispatch has surpassed 5 million players as the superhero comedy marks its one-year anniversary. The studio is releasing a free update for Deluxe Edition owners that adds Storyboard Mode and Commentary Mode. Storyboard Mode uses the original animatics to show how the team planned cinematic sequences. The new commentary option delivers more than sixteen hours of audio from developers and actors like Aaron Paul, Laura Bailey, and Erin Yvette. Users may toggle between different listening perspectives, and the dialogue adapts based on choices made during gameplay. Players who own the Standard Edition can upgrade to the Deluxe Edition for $10.99 or $19.99 to unlock the new modes alongside an art book in digital form and four comic books.
An edition tailored for mobile devices is scheduled to arrive on iOS and Android platforms on December 9, 2026. This version has been rebuilt to support vertical play, touch controls, and Google Play Games on PC. The first four episodes are free on mobile, while the rest of the game costs $19.99. Pre-orders and pre-registration are expected to open soon.
AdHoc is also announcing new physical merchandise, including a hardcover book produced with Lost in Cult and physical copies of the digital comics. A live concert featuring the game's composer and other artists is scheduled for December 3 at AVALON Hollywood in Los Angeles. AdHoc email subscribers will have priority access to concert tickets before they are released to the public.
