Pathologic 3 receives The Great October Update with over 100 fixes

Ice-Pick Lodge and HypeTrain Digital released The Great October Update for Pathologic 3 on October 23. The update provides over 100 fixes for quests, dialogue, story events, and branching outcomes within the 12-day campaign.

Players can now choose between two new difficulty settings, Easy and Hard, in addition to the existing Normal mode. New features include a Photo Mode with weather presets and stickers, as well as in-game subtitles for voice-over. The update adds new ways to deal with the creature Shabnak.

The developers also tweaked performance for lower-end processors and enhanced compatibility with the Steam Deck. Additional tweaks involve polished menus, better ways to navigate maps, tighter controls, modified sound settings, gameplay adjustments, and wider monitor support.
