Saros patch 02.000.002 fixes Eclipse Layers bug and Carcosan Modifiers

Housemarque released patch 02.000.002 for Saros on October 27. The update includes bug fixes but contains no new content. The patch fixes an issue where the Crown could temporarily disappear during Eclipse Layers, which prevented players from accessing Visions. The update also adjusts enemy recovery rates for the Hostile Regeneration Carcosan Modifier and fixes Slow Game Speed behavior during certain Overlord fights.

Several adjustments were made to Carcosan Modifiers. Damage from the Corruption Integrity Drain modifier no longer resets Adrenaline, and the Fatal Corruption Artifact Corruption Effect has been removed.

The patch follows the Zenith Update released last week. That update added 20 new Carcosan Modifiers, consisting of 10 Protections and 10 Trials. Half of those modifiers are available during the initial playthrough, while the other half unlock in the Eclipse Layers New Game+ mode. Players can access that mode once they have cleared SAROS.
