The expansion introduces three new regions in the Draugardh territory: Heledris, Parth Rhavas, and Nan Ogol. Standing Stone Games says these areas contain more than 200 quests, 90 achievements, and 30 missions. The update also raised the virtue cap to 104 for characters level 158 and above and included class balance changes.

A new Survival Instinct system allows players to unlock and combine skills, tactics, and enhancements. Players can access this feature across all characters on one server. Standing Stone Games says they plan to develop this system in future expansions. The update also adds a Neighbors system, where NPC companions move into player houses to provide daily quests, gifts, and stories. These companions feature twenty individual personality traits.

The level cap was not raised. Standing Stone Games plans to add one 3-player dungeon, two 6-player dungeons, and a new raid by the end of the year. The studio also plans to return to classic content in 2027 for the game's 20th anniversary.
