Gameplay adjustments include an inventory system redesign, plus a new alchemy belt, new clubs, and new amulets. Reports say enemy archer accuracy has been nerfed and the range for the Firespark spell has been extended. Tremor and Elemental Fortress spells now hit harder, and players can toggle visibility for boss health bars. Other reported improvements include changes to attack camera movement, weapon sway, and crosshair hit feedback.

The update also includes an Unreal Engine update and improvements to Medium graphics settings to help performance. While the patch does not introduce new content, the price for Fatekeeper is scheduled to increase to $14.99 / €14.99 on November 6, 2026.
