Fortnite Treasure Hunters mini-season adds unannounced Pirate Shop Access
TL;DR
Insiders and players report that a newly found prize grants temporary free access to most shop items after activation.
The Treasure Hunters mini-season began on November 1, 2026, with update 43.00. Insiders and player snowslept, whose findings were shared by HYPEX, say the Treasure Hunt prize pool now includes Pirate Shop Access. Players who activate this item can grab nearly every shop item at no cost during a two-week period. The 14-day timer starts after activation rather than when the reward is found.

Player snowslept reported finding the reward on November 1, 2026, after opening about 150 chests in a solo match. If the reward drops in a squad, every member of that squad receives it. Claimed items stay in player collections permanently.
The company has not officially revealed this addition. It cannot be transferred to other accounts. The free access does not cover Battle Pass levels and rewards, gifts for other players, or real-money offers. Players can claim only one companion, provided they do not already own it.
