This region contains two areas: an upper sanctuary with cave fairies and a deeper section affected by World Tree corruption. Monsters in this area range from levels 39 to 59, and players can encounter a new field boss called Rotten Mushmom. The November update also adds the Moon Bunny’s Rice Cake Thanksgiving party quest for players level 10 and above.
A second update on December 9, 2026, will introduce a guild system in Lith Harbor. This system allows players to create custom guild marks, with more guild features planned for later. Nexon America says development is also underway for third-job advancement and a boss raid in the Orbis region.
