TL;DR
Steam Support restored games that a player deleted during mental health struggles and offered a full list of previous titles.
Steam Support restored games for a user who deleted them during years of mental health struggles. The user, 3lizardintrenchcoat on Reddit, shared the exchange in late November 2025.
The user asked if paid games they had deleted over the years could be returned. They also requested a list of all games ever played on the account, including free titles, because Steam's purchase history only shows paid games that are still active.
A support agent named Lucy responded in less than 14 hours. She confirmed the restoration of the games and offered to send a full list of previously owned titles if anything was still missing.
A post on X by Waste.gg claimed the user's entire game library was restored, but the support agent's reply only used the phrase "your game" in the singular. Steam's permanent removal tool is not final if a player remembers the title. Users can restore a license by searching for the game in Steam Support and selecting "It's not in my library." However, Steam does not provide a list of the games a player has removed.
