DroidDeck allows Snapdragon Android devices to run the ARM64 Steam client and Windows games without streaming or root access.
DroidDeck is an open-source app that runs Valve's ARM64 Linux Steam client locally on Android. It uses ARM64 Proton with x86 translation to play Windows games without a separate PC or cloud streaming. YouTuber ETA Prime tested the app on a RedMagic 11 Pro featuring a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 and 16 GB of RAM. Cyberpunk 2077 reached about 60 FPS on medium settings. Skyrim Special Edition hit similar numbers at 720p, while Hogwarts Legacy ran at about 40 FPS on low settings with FSR. More details are available at TechPowerUp and TweakTown.
