Sony reveals God of War Laufey Collector Box without the game

Sony opened pre-orders for the God of War Laufey Collector Box. It costs $149.99, €149.99, or £129.99. The box does not include the game. Buyers must purchase the game separately.

The package contains an eight inch resin statue of Faye, her companion Phranque, and a guardian named Rue. Sony says the Phranque character lights up when the statue is connected to a USB power source. The box also includes a 51-card Oracle Deck with illustrations by Megan Lara and a physical mini artbook of concept art from Santa Monica Studio.

The game launches February 16, 2027. A Standard Edition costs $69.99 and a Digital Deluxe Edition costs $79.99. The Digital Deluxe version adds a digital soundtrack, a digital artbook, and several Dark Alchemy gear items. Players who pre-order either version of the game before launch receive a Last Wish Armor Set and a resource pack.

Sony Santa Monica confirmed in July that the game will be available on disc. This is the first mainline entry in the series to feature a protagonist other than Kratos. Players control Faye in a setting called the Everywhen.
