The horror game Mouthwashing will release on October 29 for PS4, PS5, Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series, and PC via the Microsoft Store, according to reports. The title has sold over 500,000 copies on PC. The ID@Xbox showcase on October 20 also highlighted several upcoming indie titles. 2 Ton Studios announced a sci-fi survival game set on an exoplanet. Croak is a 2D platformer where players act as the Frog Prince, while Glee-Cheese Studio showed a music-based platforming level. A hand-drawn search action game previously announced for PC and PS5 is now coming to Xbox.

Titan1Studios revealed Love is a Roguelike, a deck-building sci-fi western. Other announced titles include a deck-building and tower defense game, a deckbuilder featuring a puppet voiced by Matt Mercer, and the creature collector Waveling Island. A multiplayer sequel to A Game About Digging a Hole allows up to four players to dig on a beach. An MMO-lite co-op exploration game, formerly Scramble Knights Royale, was also shown.

Other presentations included a document-shredding game, a third-person Souls-like dark fantasy RPG, a post-apocalyptic action game set after an "idiot virus," a tactical narrative RPG about vampires in Cold War-era Berlin, and a top-down detective adventure. Additionally, reports say a Director's Cut for Zero Parades: For Dead Spies is coming next month with over 40,000 new words, a backstage mode, and various gameplay improvements.
