Nintendo Switch 2 GameShare allows playing with up to three systems
TL;DR
Nintendo Switch 2 features a new GameShare system that lets users play with others who do not own the game.
The Nintendo Switch 2 includes a new GameShare feature that allows select titles to be played with others even if they do not own a copy. Users can link up with up to three other systems at the same time. This feature supports online play with other Nintendo Switch 2 systems and also allows sharing games locally with original Nintendo Switch owners.
Only Nintendo Switch 2 systems can share games, while Nintendo Switch 1 units can only receive them. Nintendo Switch 2 exclusive games should have the functionality available immediately. Nintendo Switch 1 titles will need an update for GameShare to work.
