Sales of the paid currency, Aeos Gems, ended on October 27, 2026, at 2:00 PM JST. Club membership renewals and new sign-ups are no longer available. Anyone with an ongoing subscription keeps their perks until the duration runs out.

An update on November 12, 2026, brings special activities and a Library addition. These occurrences give users a chance to acquire past items including Unite Licenses and Holowear. The Library tool lets users check match records, milestones, and cosmetics offline, but they must download the required files prior to closure.

The Pokémon Company plans to refund unused Aeos Gems purchased with real money. Instructions for these refunds will be posted on the official website after the shutdown. Free Aeos Gems, including rewards from memberships or purchase bonuses, are not eligible for refunds. Players must use an in-game application form to request refunds and are warned not to delete the game until the process is finished.

The Pokémon UNITE Aeos Crown 2027 Tokyo competitive tournament is still scheduled to happen, with qualifying tournaments starting on December 5, 2026.
