TL;DR
Funcom's upgraded Conan Exiles and the survival title Aloft are both heading to Sony's current console.
On October 27, Funcom revealed that an upgraded edition of Conan Exiles targets the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. Steam previously received this upgraded release back in May 2025. It includes a redesigned user interface and improved visuals for lighting, effects, characters, and environments. The update unifies the Exiled Lands and Isle of Siptah expansions, though the expansion remains a separate purchase. Existing PlayStation 4 and Xbox One owners will receive the enhanced version as a free upgrade, and purchased content will carry over to the new consoles. Funcom plans to add full cross-play shortly after the launch.

That upcoming console port should feature identical features to the computer version's milestone launch. Funcom has not announced exact release dates for either title.
