Reports say two Steam games, Replace the Lamp: The Last Shift and I Am A Stick, have switched to a free-to-play model.

Replace the Lamp: The Last Shift is a single-player psychological horror game for Windows that launched in September 2025. Players act as an electrician replacing light bulbs while avoiding a creature that cannot be fought. The game includes English, Indonesian, Spanish, Japanese, and Korean language options. It requires Windows 10, 4 GB of RAM, a GeForce GTX 1080-class graphics card, and 500 MB of disk space. It currently holds a 50% positive rating on Steam.

I Am A Stick is a single-player physics-based platformer for Windows that released at the end of September 2025. The game is English-only. Minimum requirements are Windows 10, an Intel Core i3-6100 processor, 4 GB of RAM, a GeForce GTX 750 Ti, and 1 GB of disk space. It has two reviews on Steam but does not yet have a rating.
