Panstasz and Ysbryd Games say the version 1.2 "As Below So Above" update for World of Horror is available on Windows and macOS via Steam, GOG, and itch.io. The update adds 20 percent more content, including new enemies, mysteries, characters, events, items, spells, curses, and injuries.
World of Horror · official art via IGDBPlayers can encounter two fresh manifestations of the Old Gods alongside three new playable characters, including Kiriko and Satoshi. A newly included Scenario Mode features tales taking place prior to the main campaign, such as the Forest of Fear / Tapes of Tragedy scenario featuring a character named Makoto. Additionally, Steam Workshop integration broadens user modification options, while bug fixes and quality-of-life improvements round out the patch. Console versions are planned for 2027.
