Japanese sales show Nintendo Switch 2 titles leading

Data covering late October and early November 2026 shows Nintendo Switch 2 software occupying the top three positions. Nintendo Switch Sports Resort sold 23,466 copies, bringing its total to 88,098. Final Fantasy Resonance followed in second place on the Nintendo Switch 2 with 14,462 weekly sales and 66,730 total copies. Minecraft debuted at number three on the Nintendo Switch 2 with 11,754 weekly sales.

Final Fantasy Resonance also appeared on PS5 and the original Nintendo Switch, selling 11,181 and 8,425 copies weekly, respectively. Hello Kitty Party Land debuted on both the Nintendo Switch 2 and Nintendo Switch, with 7,365 and 6,252 weekly sales. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 sold 4,024 copies on PS5 and 2,376 copies on the Nintendo Switch 2. Other top sellers included Rhythm Heaven Groove on Nintendo Switch with 8,753 weekly sales and Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave on Nintendo Switch 2 with 4,346 weekly sales.
