Valve says the 10th annual Steam Awards will feature a "Legends Compete" category for players to vote for the "Game of the Decade" using past winners.
Valve has announced the 10th annual Steam Awards 2026. To mark the anniversary, the organizers are adding a "Legends Compete" category where players vote for a "Game of the Decade." This category includes past "Game of the Year" winners such as Elden Ring, Baldur's Gate 3, and Red Dead Redemption 2.
A new "Working Hours" category will also debut this year, and two categories from the earliest ceremonies are returning. The nomination phase begins on November 23, with final voting scheduled for December 17.
