AMD releases Adrenalin 26.10.1 drivers with FSR 4.1 support
TL;DR
AMD released Adrenalin 26.10.1 WHQL drivers, adding FSR Upscaling 4.1 support for Radeon RX 6000 series GPUs and specific Ryzen AI processors.
AMD released Adrenalin 26.10.1 WHQL drivers, which add FSR Upscaling 4.1 support for Radeon RX 6000 series graphics cards released in 2020 and Ryzen AI Max Strix Halo and Gorgon Halo APUs. The update also brings FSR 4.1 to Ryzen AI 9 Strix Point and Gorgon Point mobile processors. The driver adds support for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4, STAR WARS: Galactic Racer, and FINAL FANTASY RESONANCE. AMD says the update fixes a stuttering issue in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 on Radeon RX 6000 series and newer variants, though multiple bugs are still present.
Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced may crash or timeout on Radeon RX 7000 series. War Thunder users on Radeon RX 5000 series may see timeouts, and AMD recommends using version 26.9.1 for that issue. Valor Mortis can cause system shutdowns on Radeon RX 7600 or driver timeouts on Radeon RX 7000. Playing FINAL FANTASY RESONANCE on Ryzen AI MAX PRO 400 series can cause system shutdowns, and Fallout 76 may show a black screen on those same processors.
On Radeon RX 9000 series, Death Stranding 2: On the Beach may hang with FSR enabled, and Cyberpunk 2077 may crash or timeout when using FSR, Anti-Lag, and in-game frame generation during secondary display video playback. AMD recommends disabling FSR for the former and in-game frame generation for the latter. RX 9000 users may also experience crashes or hangs when using in-game FSR Frame Generation while switching applications, so AMD recommends enabling V-Sync.
