Dead by Daylight developers released patch 10.2.2 to update the Dark Arrogance killer perk and address several bugs. The team changed Dark Arrogance because feedback suggested the previous PTB change was an overcorrection. The perk now provides a 10% shorter basic-attack cooldown that applies to missed, obstructed, and successful outcomes. Windows are vaulted 15/20/25% faster, but blindness and Pallet-stun durations are 25% longer. Developers said they will monitor these changes for future adjustments.

These include missing flesh hit sounds for several killers and collision issues on maps like Nostromo Wreckage and Badham Preschool. The update also addresses bugs related to the Lights Out event, such as incorrect lantern animations and item rarity in chests.
A Lights Out: Stranger Things Edition event is scheduled to run from November 5 to November 12.
