The Artist receives a Visceral Outfit as Lilith, voiced by Caroline Faber. The Nurse and The Dredge get Ascended Outfits for Mephisto and Belial, featuring voice work from Steve Blum and Ray Porter.
Survivors get three additional looks. David King wears The Barbarian's Plight, Zarina Kassir gets The Sorcerer's Perspective, and Taurie Cain receives The Necromancer's Duty. These three cosmetics carry a Very Rare tier.
