More on Steam and Valve

TL;DR

Minstrel announced a productivity-focused game based on the Days with My Stepsister series for Steam this winter. A crowdfunding campaign starting October 27 aims to fund a Shiori Yomiuri DLC planned for June 2027.

Minstrel plans to launch the new title on Steam for personal computers during the winter. The game is based on the Days with My Stepsister anime and light novel series. It features lo-fi music, a Pomodoro timer, to-do lists, and note-taking tools. Players can work alongside the character Saki Ayase or use an ASMR sleep call mode.

A crowdfunding campaign on CAMPFIRE will run from October 27, 2026, until December 10, 2026, with a ¥10 million goal. This campaign uses an all-or-nothing funding model to pay for a Shiori Yomiuri DLC. If the goal is met, the DLC is planned for a June 2027 release. The base game will launch this winter regardless of the campaign's success.

Japanese supporters can choose tiers such as a ¥5,000 option for Steam keys or a ¥15,000 tier for a signed 128-page book. Backers living abroad who meet specific location requirements are welcome to join the ¥15,000 level, though receiving physical items outside Japan entails using a package redirection company and paying extra postal charges.
