Players take on specific roles such as engineers, cooks, surgeons, janitors, or soldiers to manage a colony. Each character has only one life, and friendly fire is enabled. The game includes three modes: Zombie Survival, Xeno Survival, and Anomaly. The damage system tracks separate body parts, where injuries like broken bones or open wounds require specific medical attention. A destruction system allows fire to spread, explode ammunition, or collapse floors. Prototype matches are designed to last about an hour, and players can join servers where matches are already in progress. A final launch schedule is currently unavailable.
