Scramble Knights Online · official art via IGDBFunktronic Labs has released Scramble Knights Online in Early Access on Steam, Xbox Series X/S, and Xbox Game Pass. The game is an action RPG designed as an "MMO-Lite" featuring top-down combat and a progression system.
The title was originally developed as a battle royale called Scramble Knights Royale. Funktronic Labs changed the game into a co-op PvE experience focused on exploring the kingdom of Terracott after player feedback during playtests suggested interest in the world but frustration with the battle royale elements.
Players can tackle dungeons, complete quests, and use crafting systems for weapons and armor. While the focus is on cooperative play, the game includes optional faction-based PvP.
