The remaster features upscaled HD graphics and adds several new modes. Players can access Cloudy Day Mode, where sunlight is limited, or a hardcore mode called Rest In Peace that uses permadeath in Adventure mode. The game includes new levels, bonus levels, and a local co-op mode. A local PvP mode allows players to control the zombies. Nintendo says the title also includes an Art and Concept Library with pre-production sketches and game history.
