The DLC takes players through the Mists of Tyria to the land of Xotecha. The Order of Moonless Night needs help fighting a rising tide of Nightmares and the Cult of Odran. Players will tackle the Unformed, an ever-changing dungeon featuring shifting paths, adversaries, and foes.

Following every win, users can pick alternative powers through a drafting mechanic. These are not limited to a character's primary or secondary professions, allowing multiple elite skills from different classes. Completed runs unlock both temporary modifiers for future runs and permanent rewards for the rest of the game.

Pre-orders are open for 23.99 USD/EUR, though actual discounted prices may vary by platform and location. The price increases to 29.99 USD/EUR at launch. Pre-purchasing also includes the Vestments of the Order costume.
