Microsoft 25 Years of XBOX Bundle offers 25 games for free with select PCs

Microsoft is offering a 25-game collection called the 25 Years of XBOX Bundle for free with select Windows 11 devices and gaming handhelds. The promotion is part of Xbox 25th anniversary celebrations and runs from November 2 through December 31, 2026, while supplies last. The bundle was previously listed for $569.99 as a standalone purchase, but reports say it has since been removed from the Microsoft Store.

The collection includes PC versions of Halo: The Master Chief Collection, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition, Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition, Minecraft Dungeons, Gears of War: Reloaded, Fallout 76, Call of Duty: WWII, DOOM, DOOM II, Age of Mythology: Retold, and Wolfenstein: The New Order. Certain games can also run on Xbox consoles via Xbox Play Anywhere.

To get the games, buyers must claim the bundle through the Microsoft Store app on an eligible device by November 30. Users then have until February 12, 2027, to activate their PC and link the games to a Microsoft account. Not every qualifying device may be capable of running the complete collection.
