Lofree has launched the Flow Lite 2 low-profile mechanical keyboard in 84-key and 100-key layouts. The 84-key model is priced at $109 and the 100-key model is $119, though a 20% discount is running throughout November that brings those prices to $87.20 and $95.20 respectively.

The 84-key version includes a 3,000mAh battery, which is 50% larger than the battery in the original Flow Lite. Lofree says this provides up to 100 hours of battery life in Bluetooth mode when the backlight is turned off. The keyboard includes a built-in status display for battery level, connection mode, and OS mode.

Lofree introduced new linear Echo switches with a 45gf operating force, an increase from the 40gf switches used previously. These switches feature a POM stem and bottom housing with a PC top housing. The hardware uses a 1.2 mm flex-cut PCB and 3 mm sound-dampening foam.

The device uses a flat ABS chassis and double-shot keycaps. It supports wired USB, 2.4 GHz wireless, and Bluetooth connectivity across Windows, macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and Android. Users can customize keys via VIA and Lofree Hub. The keyboard is available in black or white with US, UK, German, French, or Japanese layouts.
