The Phasmophobia community raised more than $230,000 for the American Heart Association during the "Ghost Hunts for Hearts" charity event, Kinetic Games says. The event ran from 26 October to 2 November 2026 with support from the Heart Liive initiative. More than 500 streamers participated in the campaign, which Kinetic Games notes is the largest response the initiative has seen for a creator fundraising campaign.

Once that milestone was reached, every player of the game received a special animated variant of the badge and ID card. Participating fundraising streamers could also provide viewers with an event-exclusive version of the Advocate ID Card and Badge via Twitch Drops during the week.
