TL;DR
Shipping records and BIOS updates suggest Intel Raptor Lake Next desktop CPUs are arriving, with one model featuring a 3.5 GHz base clock.
Shipping records show Intel Raptor Lake Next desktop CPUs have been moving from Vietnam since August 2026. These FCLGA models appear to be part of a new refresh for the LGA1700 platform. GIGABYTE has already released BIOS updates for its B760 and H610 motherboards to support these upcoming processors, which GIGABYTE expects to launch in early 2027.
The shipping data identifies four SKUs. The 99DLMV model has 16 cores (8 P-Cores and 8 E-Cores), a 3.5 GHz base clock, 30 MB of L3 cache, and a TDP of up to 125 W. This matches rumors that a Core i5-14600K replacement is planned. The 99DLMT model features 20 cores (8 P-Cores and 12 E-Cores), a 2.1 GHz base clock, 33 MB of L3 cache, and a 65 W TDP. Two other models, 99DLMW and 99DLMX, both list a 2.6 GHz base clock and 24 MB of L3 cache. Reports suggest these clock speeds are base frequencies rather than boost clocks. While these new chips are expected, rumors indicate there will not be a Core i9 Raptor Lake Next model.
