TL;DR
CI Games says the €28.6 million credit facility will fund production, launch, and marketing for Lords of the Fallen II, which is planned for an early 2027 release on PC, PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch 2.
CI Games has signed a €28.6 million (~$32 million) syndicated credit facility to fund the production, launch, and marketing of Lords of the Fallen II. The financing was arranged with Erste Bank Polska and Bank Ochrony Środowiska. A guarantee from the Polish credit agency KUKE covers 80% of the amount.

Marek Tyminski, the president of the management board and largest shareholder, says the studio will not issue new shares, allowing existing shareholders to keep their full participation in the game's success. Tyminski states he intends to keep his shares while the agreement runs through August 2027.
Lords of the Fallen II is scheduled to launch in early 2027 on PC, PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch 2. Earlier this year, CI Games ended a publishing deal with Epic Games that would have given the company exclusive PC publishing rights.
