The RPCS3 team says its PlayStation 3 emulator has no games remaining in the Loadable compatibility category. Tom Clancy's H.A.W.X. 2 moved to the Ingame category following an SPU accuracy fix from contributor Yahfz. This update improves SPU accuracy by properly initializing the thread loader and kernel arguments before the software begins execution, preventing data corruption.
The Loadable classification previously contained software that displayed nothing but a blank display and a performance metric within the application frame. While H.A.W.X. 2 is now Ingame, the team notes this only means the game runs and does not guarantee it is playable from start to finish without serious glitches or poor performance.
Reports say the Playable category has grown from 75% to 80% since July, when the Loadable category held 0.06% of the library. The Intro category reportedly contains around 22 titles, many of which are PS Move games.
