A leaked physical copy of Grand Theft Auto 6 suggests a 230GB storage requirement, which exceeds the officially confirmed 212GB figure.
Reports say a physical copy of GTA 6 has surfaced on Reddit ahead of the November 19, 2026, release on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. The back of the box reportedly lists a minimum storage requirement of 230GB and states that online functionality is supported. Rockstar previously confirmed a storage requirement of 212GB. The Reddit user who posted the images, who claimed to work in retail, has since deleted the posts and comments.
The physical version reportedly contains a disc with a code for the PlayStation Store or Xbox Store. Some reports state that stores such as MediaMarkt and Saturn bundle a two-sided poster with the title.
Digital pre-orders can begin downloading on November 10. Physical copies are scheduled to ship and arrive at retailers on November 12.
Background In November, Rockstar confirmed that physical versions of the game will include digital download codes rather than discs. Our earlier story
