Shift Up's "Take Eve Everywhere" advertisement for the Nintendo Switch 2 release of Stellar Blade was mistaken for AI-generated content by some viewers, but the character was played by model Jade J.
Shift Up released a 100-second live-action advertisement titled "Take Eve Everywhere" in early November to promote the Stellar Blade Complete Edition on Nintendo Switch 2. While the video reached about two million views on YouTube, some viewers claimed the footage was generated by a neural network. This suspicion follows previous use of generative AI by Shift Up in a music video for the sequel, Blood Rain, and in a trailer for that game. In September, Shift Up's CTO described the music video as an experiment and stated the studio intends to continue using AI as a tool.

She is not the Korean model Shin Jae-eun, whose figure was used as the basis for the character in the game. Players receiving the game on Nintendo Switch 2 also get four Bayonetta-style costumes for free. The sequel, Stellar Blade: Blood Rain, is still in development.
