The company has published a system meant to handle title checking and error detection.
Aura has open-sourced Autopilot, an AI agent intended to automate bug hunting and game testing. The project is available on GitHub under the Apache License 2.0. The agent supports Unreal Engine 5, Unity 6, and Godot 4 on Windows and macOS.
Users provide text prompts to define tasks. The program starts the title, inspects the programming, and executes given steps. After finishing a scenario, the tool shuts the window and creates a summary. Developers highlight four main categories of work: exploration, general testing, assertion checks, and goal completion. The agent accumulates knowledge during sessions to improve efficiency and speed in subsequent runs.
Aura recommends using an Aura account for setup, though users can connect via their own API keys or use Aura's pricing plans. Compiling the tool from code is presently limited to Unreal Engine.
