War Thunder pre-order packs for Olifant Mk.1B Optimering and JAS39-5

Gaijin has made pre-order packs for the Olifant Mk.1B Optimering and the JAS39-5 available. The Olifant Mk.1B Optimering is a Rank VI tank for Great Britain priced at $59.99. This pack includes the tank, 15 days of premium account, 2000 Golden Eagles, and the "War Elephant" title and decal. The tank features a new turret, a thermal imager, blowout panels, and a 105 mm gun that fires DM63 APFSDS rounds. Gaijin says the tank has a cramped crew layout and is susceptible to fire from the side.

The JAS39-5 is a Rank VIII Swedish jet fighter priced at $79.99. The pack contains the jet, 30 days of premium account, 3000 Golden Eagles, and the "The Smart Fighter" title and "Royal Griffin" decal. This pre-production Gripen variant uses canards for maneuverability and can carry air-to-surface guided weapons, short-range air-to-air missiles, and active radar-homing missiles. It also features external pods for countermeasures. Gaijin notes that vehicle specifications may change before they are added to the game.
