Combat uses an Action Point system where movement, attacks and skills cost AP. Encounter outcomes depend on terrain, character distance and ally placement. Missions include objectives to reach specific locations, escape areas or destroy objects.

The story features a retired knight and companions investigating a collapsing reality. The developers say this is a new interpretation of the Ragnarok setting with its own narrative and cast.
