TL;DR

CPUID released CPU-Z 3.02, which adds identification for AMD Radeon AI PRO R9700 graphics cards and support for Intel's unannounced Razor Lake processors.

CPUID released CPU-Z 3.02, adding support for Intel's unannounced Razor Lake processor family and identification for the AMD Radeon AI PRO R9700 graphics card. The update resolves an SPD detection error on Intel Broadwell-E hardware and a validation glitch on Windows XP.

The changelog does not specify which Razor Lake variants the software recognizes or how extensive the support is. Reports say Razor Lake is expected to follow Nova Lake and the lineup might feature desktop Razor Lake-S chips, mobile versions with high performance, and the Razor Lake-AX platform. This AX platform could feature up to 32 Xe3P graphics cores and it could integrate memory near the chip to boost bandwidth and lower data-transfer latency. The architecture is anticipated to pair Coyote Cove performance cores with Arctic Wolf efficiency cores.

These specifications remain unconfirmed. Initial chips from this series are not anticipated until late 2027 at the earliest. CPU-Z's listing does not confirm that engineering samples are being tested or that a launch is imminent.
